HOW IT WORKS
Care, where
life happens.
No waiting room. No rushing. Start an online visit when it suits you, from wherever you happen to be. A licensed clinician takes it from there.

FOUR STEPS
From first question
to ongoing care.
Start when it suits you. A licensed clinician takes it from there.
- 01
Tell us about you.
Answer questions online about your health history, your goals, and what you’ve been noticing. You can be candid.
- 02
A clinician takes a look.
A licensed clinician in your state reviews your answers, may follow up or ask for lab work, and decides whether a treatment is appropriate.
- 03
Your prescription, delivered.
If you’re prescribed a treatment, a licensed pharmacy fills it and ships it to you.
- 04
Care that keeps going.
Message your care team with questions, check in on how it’s going, and adjust your plan over time.
Who you’ll talk to
Licensed clinicians authorized to practice in your state. They review your history, ask follow-up questions when they need to, and make the call on whether a treatment is appropriate.
What you’ll need
A photo ID, a list of your medications and supplements, your health history, and any recent lab results. Each treatment lists anything else worth having ready.
Where care is available
Online care depends on state rules, and some treatments have extra requirements, such as lab work for testosterone. You’ll confirm your state before you begin.
CARE, WHERE LIFE HAPPENS.THE COED RX APPROACH
Personal by nature.
Considered by design.
Good care makes room for the whole person.
Even the things you usually keep to yourself.
- 01
A real conversation.
Tell us what’s changed, what you miss, and what makes you feel most like yourself. You can be candid.
- 02
A clearer picture.
Clinical history and testing, when appropriate, help inform the next step.
- 03
A plan with perspective.
Understand your options, their benefits and risks, and what ongoing care could look like.
HOW TO READ OUR LABELS
Clarity is
part of the care.
Every treatment is labeled for exactly what it is, with links to the primary sources behind it. Popularity and a promising mechanism aren’t the same as evidence.
- FDA-APPROVED
- Reviewed by FDA for a specific use in a specific group of people. Approved medicines come with official prescribing information, and we link to it.
- OFF-LABEL USE
- An FDA-approved medicine prescribed for a use, dose, or form FDA hasn’t approved. Legal and common when a clinician judges it appropriate, and worth asking about.
- COMPOUNDED
- Prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual prescription. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and FDA doesn’t review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
You answer questions about your health history, symptoms, and goals. A licensed clinician reviews them, may follow up with questions or ask for lab work, and talks through your options. Prescriptions are written only when appropriate.
No. A clinician decides whether a treatment is safe and appropriate for you. Sometimes the right next step is lab work, a different option, or an in-person visit.
It depends on the treatment. Testosterone therapy requires blood tests before and during treatment. For other treatments, your clinician may ask for recent results or recommend testing.
If you’re prescribed a treatment, a licensed pharmacy fills it and ships it to you.
Yes. Ongoing care includes messaging your care team about side effects, progress, and changes to your plan.
