Good care makes room for the whole person. That includes making this site work well for everyone, however you browse.

1.Our commitment

COED RX wants everyone to be able to learn about and access care, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we test and improve the site on an ongoing basis.

2.What we do

  • Use clear headings, landmarks, and labels so the site works with screen readers and other assistive technology.
  • Support keyboard navigation throughout, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link on every page.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Check text and controls for sufficient color contrast, and support zooming and text resizing.
  • Respect your device’s reduced-motion setting, and let you pause the animated words on the home page.
  • Size buttons and links for comfortable tapping on phones.

3.Known limitations

Some parts of the Services, such as visit questionnaires, payment forms, and messaging, may be provided by partners. We ask our partners to meet the same accessibility standards and work with them to fix issues we find. Older content may not yet meet every guideline while we update it.

4.Feedback and help

If you have trouble using any part of the site, or need information in a different format, we want to help. Contact us at [support email address] or write to [COED RX legal entity name], [Mailing address]. Please tell us the page and what you were trying to do.

We aim to respond within two business days, and we can help you complete your request another way while we work on a fix.
